ABOUT. (or the boring bit!)

Stone is a Scottish company that provides a full design and marketing service for major blue chip clients and public sector organisations.

We are equally at home with recognised brand names or in helping new start up companies to establish effective marketing & communications strategies and collateral on a tight budget. We have a global customer base and as such we are comfortable working in a wide variety of business environments, cultures, ethnic backgrounds and languages. The capabilities and experience outlined below give us the ability to develop a unique solution for our clients and help them maximise the benefit of their design investment.

The company was founded by Bill Imrie. A specialist in graphics Bill has worked with some of the UK’s leading design consultancies. As a board director of Portland Design Associates (London), he helped build it into a global agency. He was responsible for satellite offices in the Middle East, Europe and his native Scotland.

His career to date has involved him in corporate, brand, literature, retail and exhibition projects on a global basis for clients such as Dubai Duty Free Shopping, Ford Middle East, Paramount Pictures & Hong Kong Airport. Having done his share of travelling across Europe, North America, Russia and the Middle East he established a Glasgow based operation in 2000.

Stone has established an excellent track record since then with a client base from both the public & private sectors.
